Throughout adolescence, when we are at our most vulnerable—still learning to reconcile ourselves with the challenges of the adult world—there are always a few who stand by us, guiding us through uncertainty. These people are none other than our teachers.
The Teachers Excellence Awards (TEA) was created to honour teachers and educators, both within academics and beyond, who dedicate themselves to shaping lives.
TEA is also a heartfelt tribute to our founder’s mentors—Late Mr. Junaid Alam and Late Mrs. Rakhshinda Jabeen—who were not just teachers, but the torchbearers and guiding lights behind her success. They played many roles in nurturing her journey: as teachers, friends, counsellors, and mentors.
This platform is dedicated to all educators who, like them, are passionate, selfless, and committed to their students—those who serve not only as instructors, but also as friends, counsellors, mentors, and guides, leaving footprints on the paths of our lives.
At TEA, we believe education is far more than degrees and certificates—it is knowledge, values, and guidance, the true key to success. Our founder, Shagufta, firmly believes that it was because of her teachers’ unwavering faith in her that she walked the journey from zero to hero.
May Allah (SWT) shower His endless blessings upon all educators, the eternal guiding lights who continue to inspire generations.
